Motivation wears off by Tuesday. I would rather your people left thinking differently about themselves, because that lasts considerably longer.
Conferences · Leadership offsites · Member events · Women's networks · Team days
I don't do inspirational. Inspirational is a feeling, and feelings evaporate somewhere on the drive home.
I do the thing where someone in row four suddenly works out why they have been saying yes to everything for eleven years, and then they can't unsee it.
There is storytelling, because that is how people actually learn anything. There is humour, because I do stand-up and I can't help it. And there is always something practical, because an idea nobody can use is just entertainment.
Honest. Funny. Occasionally uncomfortable. Always useful.
Every talk gets rebuilt for your room. Tell me who is in the audience and what is actually going on for them, and I will write it around that.
Leadership offsites, all-hands, conferences, wellbeing weeks, women in leadership programmes, teams going through change. If your people are being asked to adapt to something, this is the work.
Women's networks, member associations, community events, fundraisers. Smaller rooms, more honesty, and usually the better conversations afterwards.
Both get the same preparation. Budgets differ, so tell me yours and I will tell you straight whether I can make it work.

Tell me who is in the audience, what the event is, roughly when, and what you want people to walk out with. I come back within two working days, and I will tell you honestly if I am not the right fit.
